Following the recent announcement of the roadmap out of lockdown, the executive committee have met and have decided that we will reopen for events from the 1st January 2022.


We have robust plans and measures in place for when we can open again and are closely monitoring the situation and will make sure our approach reflects the latest Government guidelines.

The Carillon Rooms will make your function in Loughborough a wonderful experience within our Grade II listed building. A building with a versatile, spacious main hall with an adjacent meeting room as well as an upstairs space ideal for wedding and civil ceremonies. The building offers full accessibility with ramps, stair lift and a recently added accessibility toilet.


We supply the right buffet or a mulit-course menu for every taste and occasion. A company party, a wedding, a birthday, charity event, fashions shows, musical show, conferences or any other event our team will work with you to make is successful.


All our dishes are home-made and freshly prepared for your event by our qualified chefs. All dietary requirements can be catered for and test tastings of individual dishes or parts of the menu are, of course, available by arrangement.
